We do replacement for products with manufacturing faults up on immediate intimation.
Our Customer-Distributor-Supplier [CDS] meetings are known as INTERFACE. Interface is the platform where in the manufacturer and the customer are brought together to discuss and interact about various aspects of business and we believe that the outcome will be useful for both parties- the manufacturer would understand the problems faced by the customers and the customer understands about manufacturer's aspirations.
The 1st Interface was held on 22nd August 2004 at Taj residency (The Gateway hotel) Cochin. About 125 dealers from all over Kerala attended.
The 2nd Interface was held on 9th October 2005 at Taj Malabar, Cochin. Dealers from over Kerala [around 225] attended; Delegates were taken for a cruise in Sagarrani to view the Arabian Sea and another for sightseeing of Fort Cochin.
The 3rd Interface was held on 13th August 2006 at Bolgatty palace hotel, Cochin.
The 4th interface was held on 20th of May 2007 at Tea County Munnar. About 130 dealers from different parts of Kerala were brought in and stayed together for the two day event.
The 5th Interface was held on 5th of October 2008 at Centre hotel Panampilly Nagar, Cochin. Further Spare Parts Display a one day event was organized at Rivera hotel Cochin.
During the year 2009 mechanic meetings were held at all major districts in Kerala.
During the year 2010 Spare parts Display - one day event was organized at Centre hotel, Panampilly Nagar, Cochin.
During the year 2011 the Top Twelve Dealers of Kerala along with the sales executives who achieved there sale targets were awarded an all inclusive package trip to Bangkok and Pattaya for 5 days and 4 nights.
The 6th Interface was held on 29th of May 2011 in a cruise trip through the beautiful Backwaters of Allepey.
For the years of 2012 & 2013, targets for top dealers and sales executives were communicated and were offered international holidays. 15 dealers and 5 executives who achieved the targets were awarded all inclusive package trips to Bangkok, Singapore & Malaysia locations.
During the years 2014 & 2015, mechanic & dealer meetings were held at major districts in Kerala rather than single event.
